Shipping Policy
Order Delivery

Availability:- All orders are subject to product availability. SDFS reserves the right to cancel orders or part of orders in cases where products are out of stock or unavailable for any reason. In such instances, customers will be notified and provided with appropriate alternatives or refunds.
Delivery:- SDFS offers same-day delivery for orders placed within our specified cutoff time and delivery radius. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed between 12:00 AM and 09:30 AM local time. This service is subject to product availability and other factors. Orders placed after 9.31 AM to 11.59 PM can be delivered on Next Day.
Shipping/Handling:- Shipping/Handling costs and methods are outlined during the checkout process. SDFS shall not be responsible for any delays due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and Refunds: Products ordered from SDFS website successfully delivered to the customer may be returned within 2 days of delivery.
Returns

We're happy to accept returns for a full refund within 2 days of delivery, except for perishable products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
Perishable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
